Database of final apprenticeship examinations

The database of final apprenticeship examinations is an online application that can be used to manage data relating to the practical portion of the qualification procedure carried out upon completion of a VET programme (e. g. for commercial employees, retail trade assistants and managers).

Using the electronic interfaces with cantonal information systems, the database provides host companies, branch training centres and professional organisations responsible for training and examinations with a platform enabling entry of grades given for practical portion of the final examination as well as the grades obtained from branch courses. The cantons then use the data on the platform to prepare examination results.
