Schedule of apprenticeship

Important duties and dates of the apprenticeship

The first years as a VET trainer are filled with new tasks, unfamiliar situations, different partners and tools as well as fixed deadlines. The flood of information can be quite overwhelming.

This is exactly where the schedule of apprenticeship comes in handy. In keeping with the motto “as little as possible, but as much as necessary,” it provides a clear overview of all relevant tasks, deadlines, recommendations, links and important documents for VET trainers. It covers all phases of the apprenticeship – from the requirements profile to the apprenticeship certificate – and helps you plan and provide vocational education and training.

The schedule has been kept simple and its text limited to the essentials. It can be used in various cantons and for different professions and refers to existing media available from the SDBB and other official bodies for the various phases.
